Post-Graduate Academy Schedule
The typical day will vary some during the course of the regular season as a result of our class schedule and travel itinerary.
September 10 – March 17
7:00 am: Wake up and breakfast
8:00 am – 2:00 pm: At least 1 hour of skill development, 1 hour of team practice, and 1 hour of strength and conditioning daily. Additional opportunities for shooting improvement!
2:00 pm: Lunch
3:00 pm – 6:00 pm: SAT/ACT prep and college course study time
6:30 pm: Dinner
7:30 pm – 11:00 pm: Additional study time and academic improvement
11:00 pm: Everyone In the Room! (No Exceptions)
